Do you offer bulk pricing for practices, clinics, or hospitals? Yes — we supply practices, clinics, and hospitals across South Africa with bulk-order scrubs and uniforms, including a 10% discount on orders of 30+ units. See our For Practices page for details or to request a quote.

Do you offer embroidery or logo printing? Yes, we offer embroidered practice names or logos on scrub tops and lab coats for bulk and practice orders.

How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days depending on your location in South Africa. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. See our full Delivery Policy for more.

Do you deliver nationwide across South Africa? Yes, we deliver countrywide.

Do you offer free delivery? Yes, delivery is free on orders over R2000.

What sizes do you stock? Our scrubs range from size XS to 2XL. We also stock shoes from size 4 to 11.

Can I return or exchange an item? Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect? Contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

What are your scrubs made from? Are they comfortable for long shifts? Our scrubs are designed around comfort and durability first — using fabric selected specifically to hold up to long shifts, frequent washing, and everyday movement, which is why our slogan is "Style that works as hard as you do."
