Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Think Scrubs purchase. Please read our return conditions below, in line with South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.
Return/Exchange Window You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items Because scrubs and medical wear are worn against the skin, for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email info@thinkscrubs.co.za or WhatsApp 071 398 2936 within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm whether your item qualifies and provide instructions for sending it back
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. In these cases, we'll cover the cost of return delivery and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Bulk & Practice Orders Bulk orders with embroidery or custom logos are made specifically for your practice and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a manufacturing fault or error on our part.

Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframes Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
Delivery Costs Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery's progress.
Delays While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We'll notify you if we expect a significant delay to your order.
Bulk & Practice Orders Bulk orders for practices and clinics (see our For Practices page) may require additional processing time depending on order size and whether embroidery/logo printing is included. We'll confirm expected timeframes when we send your quote.
Incorrect Delivery Details Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. Think Scrubs is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

1. About These Terms These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Think Scrubs website (thinkscrubs.co.za) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice
- We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches
3. Orders & Payment
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full
- Bulk/practice orders may require invoicing and confirmation before production begins
4. Delivery Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy above. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy above.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Think Scrubs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Think Scrubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
